Keith Darwin Former Chairman of the Co-operative Group (CWS) Ltd and Chief Executive of the Lincoln Co-operative Society.

Appointed as a Co-opted Member of the Board of Governors from June 2008, Keith chairs the Remuneration Committee and also sits on the ULEX Board of Directors.
