The Lincoln Courts is the University’s waterfront accommodation complex, situated on campus in the heart of the Student Village. Lincoln prides itself on having a variety of student accommodation available within easy walking distance of our academic buildings and social spaces. Lincoln Courts residents are just a few minutes away from the University’s academic buildings, as well as the Student Support Centre, the Engine Shed and the city centre.
The complex is made up of 17 contemporary buildings of self-catered apartments, each one housing five to eight students. In total there are 1,037 furnished student bedrooms. Some apartments have rooms designed specifically for students with disabilities.
Fees for apartments include both heating and electricity bills, plus personal possessions insurance and free University internet access.

Every room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers.
In addition to all the facilities in a standard room, these rooms have en-suite bathrooms which include a shower, basin and toilet.
Each apartment has fully fitted kitchen/dining facilities with a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and mop and bucket.
There are a number of landlords who have developed residential ‘Partnership Halls’ for students of the University of Lincoln. These halls have been developed in association with the University’s Accommodation Service and most are within five minutes’ walk from the main Brayford Pool campus.
