Graduate Placements

A graduate can make a real difference to your business. The University of Lincoln works with a whole host of different organisations who have benefited from employing our graduates. By understanding your business needs we can help to advertise, select and employ the right candidate for your company.

Graduate Intern Scheme 

The University of Lincoln graduate internship scheme provides organisations with an opportunity to see first hand, what a graduate can do for their business. Recruit one of our talented graduates and we will offer you a £1000 bursary to support the costs of their payment for a minimum 3 month period. The graduates must be paid at least minimum wage and work for a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Student Projects and Placements

A Student Placement is a cost-effective way of integrating up-to-date knowledge and skills into your business and driving key projects forward. 

Our Careers & Employability service can help you to find students who are keen to apply the skills they have learnt over the past two years in a working environment. Students are placed for a fixed period of between 10-12 months.

Careers Events

The University organises recruitment fairs. These are a great opportunity to showcase your organisation, meet with our talented students and graduates and network with other local businesses in the area.
