Work based learning

Professional Development and Work Based Learning

Forward-thinking organisations are investing in their staff to ensure they are better prepared for the business challenges of the future. This means they are able to maximise the contribution their staff make to the business, and retain their best employees.

With programmes developed by researchers and industry experts at the University of Lincoln, our professional development opportunities are different to other training courses.

The University offers a wide variety of courses and ways to study, from executive programmes to industry-focussed short courses and degree level study via distance learning.
