Online Payments Service

Using this system you can choose to either pay your tuition fees in full all at once , or set-up an automated instalment plan.

All payments made on this system appear on your University account within one working day of being made.

If you are being sponsored, your sponsor can also pay online. They will need your student number, and date of birth. This ensures any payment is correctly assigned to your University account.

International students are requested to pay fees in three stages. (Please refer to the Step-by-step guide)

Paying in instalments

All students are able to set up an instalment plan of between two and nine payments.  Payments are made on a monthly basis on the 15th of each month commencing in September or the month following your enrolment, with the final month scheduled no later than May.

These instalment plans can be set up online only and will be available from June for the upcoming academic year, please visit our online payment service using the link below.

Students will need to bring written evidence of sponsorship to enrolment. This should be on letter headed paper, signed by the line manager/director and addressed to the University. Written evidence needs to include your name, academic year you are being sponsored for, the programme title and the amount. The sponsor must be a commercial body (not a private individual such as a friend or relative). If a student is unable to provide evidence from their sponsor, they will be asked to make arrangement to pay the course fees at enrolment until evidence is provided. If the sponsor does not pay the full course fees within 30 days of the University invoicing them, the responsibility for paying the fee will revert back to the student.

If you can not make payments online, you can also pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
