Degree preparation courses for international students
The University of Lincoln offers international students (non EU/UK) who do not meet the direct entry requirements for a postgraduate degree course the option of completing a pre-master's programme at the university’s International Study Centre.
To find out more please visit www.lincoln.ac.uk/isc or call +44 (0) 1273 339333 and discuss your education future.
The Pre-Master's is an intensive two term programme of academic, English language and study skills designed to prepare you for postgraduate study at the University of Lincoln. You start the programme in April, progressing to your chosen Master's degree in September.
Progression to a master's degree
All students joining a pre-master's programme at Lincoln will receive a conditional offer of a place on a choice of master's degrees at the university. Providing you successfully complete the course you will then progress directly on to your chosen master's. See the Pre-Master's subject pages above for details on course progression.
Personal monitoring and support
The Pre-Master's is validated by the University of Lincoln and taught by specialists in university preparation. Students’ progress is monitored at all times to make sure that they remain on track to successfully complete the programme.
