A Healthy Approach

The University of Lincoln has secured a £10.9 million grant from UK Research and Innovation to help tackle place-based inequalities in rural and coastal communities through an innovative approach to health and wellbeing research.

We are continuing to develop these partnerships across our core research strengths and areas of expertise, responding to the needs of both business and society in order to address current commercial challenges and tackle some of the world's most pressing problems.

Research Excellence Framework 2021

Results from the most recent national Research Excellence Framework (REF), which is a system for measuring research excellence in higher education institutions in the UK, revealed that more than three quarters of Lincoln’s research was judged to be internationally excellent or world-leading.
