In order to complete the Lincoln Award you will need to attend the mandatory activities on the award and record the required compulsory and optional units in the evidence booklet provided at your induction. For more information please visit the Careers and Employability Centre.
The Lincoln Award is open to all students currently studying at the University of Lincoln. You can start the award at any point and must complete it before graduation. It is highly advisable to start the award as soon as possible to ensure you secure a place at the required compulsory sessions.
There are many things you can do to help you stand out from the crowd; in fact, you are probably doing a lot of them already. The Lincoln Award provides recognition of the activities you participate in, and supports you to identify the competencies, skills and attributes employers are looking for. The final part of the award involves you learning how to demonstrate these skills and we can prepare you for this by putting you through Assessment Centre experiences with a real employer.
