This course is of half day duration and would be of value to a range of personnel from operatives and senior operatives to team leaders and supervisors, depending on their particular role and responsibilities.
The operational requirements of check weighing machines/systems is covered including machinery care and rejection systems with practical demonstration in the process laboratory. A study is made into average weight legislation and its implications for the control requirements in a food packing process again in a practical application.
