To help you prepare, the following information provides guidance on the entrance requirements you will need to meet, alongside further information in support of your application.

Entry Requirements

Prospective students from Philippines are required to meet the following University of Lincoln entry requirements:

Students who do not meet the minimum undergraduate entry requirements may be eligible for entry onto a Lincoln International Study Centre Foundation or International Year One programme. For more information, please visit the International Study Centre website.

Prospective students will require successful completion of a recognised International Foundation programme.

 

Advanced Entry (Undergraduate)

Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course.

Masters
 
A Bachelor Degree from a Centre of Excellence or Prestigious University from the Philippines with a GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 2.0 out of 5. Please note that some programmes require a higher GPA such as 3.0 out of 4 or 2.5 out of 5.

PhD

Successful completion of a Master's Degree.

English Language Requirements

Prospective students require IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score) or an equivalent qualification. Please note that some courses require a higher score.

Students who do not meet the above English language requirements may be eligible for entry onto a Pre Sessional English and Academic Study Skills (PEASS) course.
