Service level agreement

The University Webteam endeavour to achieve the following levels of service.



Disaster announcements
e.g. Bad weather, hazardous situations
Immediate with regular (24hr) updates
Error reports, urgent amends
e.g. Factual corrections, critical typos, priority updates etc.
Immediate or a.s.a.p.
Minor amends and updates
e.g. General corrections and changes etc.
48 Hour response
Medium scale changes
e.g. Full page changes, design, multiple use of images, video etc.
Usually within one working week
New projects and redevelopments
e.g. New departments, structural changes, microsite developments, systems integration etc.
Scheduled according to scale, complexity and resources. Contact for further information.
