How You Study

Teaching is delivered online across seven hours by subject-matter experts. As part of the course, you can explore a wide range of topics, including crop and livestock production, food processing, packaging, best practices for reducing carbon emissions in agriculture and food production, policy and regulatory frameworks, and food waste management.

There will also be opportunities for you to bring your own experiences to group discussions around real-life applications of the techniques discussed through the course.

The course is not credit bearing and has no assessments. You will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
