Across six workshops you will have the opportunity to understand management tools and try new ideas and ways of working, supported by an expert tutor and co-learners from a range of companies. We also encourage you to put your ideas into practice in real-world settings between the workshops so that you can reflect on your successes.

Our company insight lets you explore how successful organisations in the region lead and manage their people, providing ideas and strategies you can implement in your own business.

I've made changes to the way I do things after each session and I feel much happier and more motivated when coaching my junior colleagues. I genuinely think I'm better placed to serve them and help them grow and develop as a result, which I guess what being a leader is all about. So thank you for running the sessions, I will remember them for a long time.
