Your students can join us for an exciting day of sessions exploring the what we offer for those interested in performing arts.
Dance - This upbeat and fun practical workshop is designed to help your students understand what it could be like to be a dance student at University. The practical workshop aims to provide insight into the styles of contemporary dance and choreography studied at Lincoln, followed by a careers-based conversation to allow students to hear about the career pathways possible from a degree in Dance.
Drama, Theatre, and Performance – ‘Staging the Supernatural’ - What are the ingredients of a good ghost yarn and how do we realise these in theatrical performance? This workshop invites you to create your own dramatic tales of the supernatural!
Musical Theatre - In this practical workshop, students can explore the context and performance materials from a contemporary British musical. They can also learn music and co-create movement for an ensemble number allowing them to engage with contemporary performance through practice.
