Student ID Cards (New Students Only)

Collecting Your Student ID Cards

Here you can find out more about when and where you can collect your University of Lincoln student ID card.

Please note that you can only collect your Student ID card two days after your photo has been approved. Your card will be available for you to collect on campus. 

Details about the times and locations are as follows:

Home undergraduate and postgraduate taught students

Minerva Building, Second floor – Room MB2101

Monday 20 January to Monday 24 February

9am-4pm (closed between 12pm and 1pm)

International undergraduate and postgraduate taught students

If required, after your document check and once enrolled, you will be given your student ID card.

Postgraduate research

Please email studentsupport@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.

National Centre for Food Manufacturing

If you do not receive your card within two weeks of your course start date, please email holbeachadmin@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.

Short courses (any course that lasts 6 months or less)

If you are eligible for a Student ID card and do not receive your card within three weeks of your course start date, please email studentsupport@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.

Work-based distance learning

If you do not receive your card within 3 weeks of your course start date, please email studentsupport@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.
