Mablethorpe Hidden Histories

A new augmented reality (AR) and geolocation powered history hunt aimed at enhancing the visitor experience in Mablethorpe is available to download and explore. The Mablethorpe Histories AR app has been developed by the University of Lincoln's Emmersive team, commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council through the coastal communities fund.

Emmersive - RAF 100

The Emmersive team developed an AR app to help celebrate 100 years of the Royal Air Force (RAF). Users can create their own flypasts, capture and collect aircrafts, view them in scaled AR and learn more about their technical specifications and history.

Terracotta Warrior Replica Heads

Conservation of three replica Terracotta Warriors from the Shaanxi province in Xian, China. This included the digital replication of a new head for one of the warriors including 3D printing and detailed finishing to replicate terracotta.
