It's important to think about where you are going to live whilst studying a postgraduate programme. We have lots of great options which are either on our Brayford Pool Campus or just a short walk away. We also offer a range of postgraduate only apartments and blocks so that you can have the peace of mind that you are around likeminded people who know how important studying is.
Our step-by-step guide takes you through the booking process, to make securing your new home as simple as possible.
We recommend exploring some of our great accommodation options by visiting us. Our Postgraduate Open Days are an excellent opportunity to visit and speak to our friendly Accommodation Team who can answer any questions you may have.
It's important to make sure you know how much you can afford to spend on accommodation. To help make things easier, we offer a 10% discount on our St Marks accommodation for new and returning postgraduate students for September 2024.

You can apply for accommodation as soon as you accept your course offer. If you are not a current University of Lincoln student then you should allow up to 24 hours for the system to update.
You will need to select two accommodation choices in order of preference. This is also when you can tell us about any specific needs you may have. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to facilitate all requests. If you believe you have additional requirements due to a disability or medical condition that will affect your accommodation allocation, please email studentwellbeing@lincoln.ac.uk separately to your application.
Once you have submitted your application, you will then receive an offer of a room within three working days. You will have five days to accept this offer and sign the accommodation contract, by ticking a box within the Booking Portal. Please note that this offer will time out if it is not accepted within this time period.
