One of the reasons why our students feel at home at Lincoln is the sense of community here. As well as offering well-equipped and contemporary rooms, our purpose-built accommodation includes great social spaces and communal areas where you can hang out, chat, and make new friends. We allocate our apartments by year groups (first year, returning student, and postgraduate) across our residences, so you are surrounded by a community of like-minded people.

Before you arrive in the UK, you will need to make sure that you have arranged suitable accommodation and that you are able to move into your room before the start of your course.

Applications are now open for returning students wanting to stay in University-managed accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year, with a range of incentives including up to £500 cash back for early booking.
To ease your transition to university and help you settle into your new home, our friendly Residence Life Team is here to offer you help when it's needed. They are the first port of call in halls for any queries or personal matters you may have.
The team also runs a variety of social events and activities, giving you chance to meet other students and help you settle in to your accommodation at Lincoln.
All students who book a University-managed room also receive gym membership, with classes access, for the duration of their accommodation contract. Our on-campus gym is located in the University Sports Centre, just a short walk away from our on-campus accommodation.
