Introduction
The Strength and Conditioning in Sport Certificate in Higher Education is a one year programme of study which aims to provides a sound and secure theoretical platform for understanding the subject base in the key disciplines of strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, and biomechanics and the development of research skills, and looks to provide a platform to progress onto further study in these areas.
How You Study
All Level 1 modules of the BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning in Sport programme must be successfully completed for the award of the Certificate of Higher Education. The programme has been designed to provide students with the opportunity, upon successful completion, to progress directly into Level 2 of the full degree programme.
