Early Payment Discount and Advance Full Payment Discount
The University of Lincoln’s Early Payment Discount and Advance Full Payment Discount are designed to help support international students enrolling at the University in September 2025. The discounts, alongside our wide range of international scholarships, have been created to help make studying at Lincoln more accessible for students from around the world. Find out more below.
What Is the Early Payment Discount?
The University of Lincoln’s Early Payment Discount is designed to support international applicants enrolling onto an International Year 1, Undergraduate, Pre-master's, or Postgraduate taught programme at the University in September 2025.
International applicants who meet the eligibility criteria listed below will be eligible to receive a £1,000 reduction in tuition fees.
Eligibility Requirements September 2025:
To be eligible to receive the Early Payment Discount for September 2025 entry, applicants must:
- Have an offer of a place on a full-time International Year 1, Undergraduate, Pre-master's, or Postgraduate taught programme commencing at the University of Lincoln in September 2025.
- Pay the CAS deposit for the 2025/26 academic year in full to the University one month prior to the CAS deposit and request deadline (TBC). Please note that payment must reach the University before midnight on (deadline TBC) in order to be eligible. Payment processing times may vary, and it's important that you take this into consideration to meet the deadline.
- Complete and submit the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) request form prior to the deadline (TBC). Students who do not require a visa to study in the UK are not required to complete the CAS request form.
- Be a self-funding student with overseas fee status.
Please note that applicants who have been awarded a Global Leaders Scholarship from the University of Lincoln will not be eligible to receive the Early Payment Discount.
Students enrolling onto a programme of study with a duration of two or more years will only be eligible to receive the Early Payment Discount during their first year of enrolment at the University.
What Is the Advance Full Payment Discount?
The University of Lincoln’s Advance Full Payment Discount is designed to support international applicants enrolling onto an International Year 1, Undergraduate, Pre-master's, or Postgraduate taught programme at the University in September 2025.
International applicants who meet the eligibility criteria listed below will be eligible to receive a £1,500 reduction in tuition fees.
Eligibility Requirements September 2025:
To be eligible to receive the Advance Full Payment Discount for September 2025 entry, applicants must:
- Have an offer of a place on a full-time International Year 1, Undergraduate, Pre-master's, or Postgraduate taught programme commencing at the University of Lincoln in September 2025.
- Pay tuition fees for the 2025/26 academic year in full to the University (minus any University of Lincoln scholarship that may have already been awarded and the £1,500 Advance Full Payment Discount) one month prior to the CAS deposit and request deadline (TBC). Please note that payment must reach the University before midnight on (deadline TBC) in order to be eligible. Payment processing times may vary, and it's important that you take this into consideration to meet the deadline.
- Complete and submit the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) request form prior to the deadline (TBC). Students who do not require a visa to study in the UK are not required to complete the CAS request form.

Further Information
Eligible students are only entitled to receive either the Early Payment Discount or the Advance Full Payment Discount. For the avoidance of doubt, they cannot be combined. The discounts are available for the September 2025 intake and cannot be deferred to a later start date.
