International Student Survey Terms & Conditions

We are keen to learn more about why you chose to study at the University of Lincoln and your experience throughout the application, admissions and arrivals process. We would be grateful if you could complete our International Student Survey to help us find out more about your experiences.

Your opinion is very important to us and helps us to understand how we can improve our communications and processes to ensure students have the best experience. Entering Our Prize Draw

Survey participants have the option to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a University of Lincoln goodie bag. Survey responses must be received by Monday 24 February 2025 to be eligible for the prize draw and winners will be notified via their University of Lincoln student email address.

The winners will be announced during week commencing Monday 24 February 2025.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: the University of Lincoln (‘the University’).
2. There is no entry fee to enter the prize draw.
3. These terms and conditions apply to the University of Lincoln’s ‘International Survey Prize Draw’ run by the University of Lincoln during enrolment from January - February 2025.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The prize draw will open at the commencement of Welcome Week on Monday 20 January 2025.
6. Entrants to this prize draw must currently live in the UK.
7. The winning entrants will be announced on week commencing Monday 24 February 2025 unless stated otherwise via email.
8. The winners will be chosen at random from all of the eligible entries before the deadline.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The prize for winning this competition is a University of Lincoln goodie bag. There are 10 prizes available to win.
11. No alternative to the prize will be offered.
12. To enter the competition, participants must complete the International Student Survey in full and provide their consent and contact details to enter the prize draw.
13. The winners will be notified by email during week commending Monday 24 February 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, they will forfeit the prize.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
