Who is it for?

The University of Lincoln’s Egypt Scholarship is designed to help students from across Egypt to access postgraduate level study at the University of Lincoln. The Egypt Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of a postgraduate taught programme commencing in the 2024/25 and 2025/26 academic years. 

September 2024 and January 2025 Entry

Scholarship Amount

The Egypt Scholarship is valued at £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount during the first year of their studies.

Scholarship Amount

The Egypt Scholarship is valued at £4,000 - £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount during the first year of their studies. 

Selection Criteria

In order to be eligible to receive the Egypt Scholarship prospective students must meet the following criteria:

A £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:

  1. a) Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
    b) Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University

A £4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:

  1. a) Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
    b) Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
