With a growing world population, climate change, and limited supplies of natural resources, making sure our food and supply chains are robust and effective has arguably never been more important. Dr Onarinde is an Associate Professor at the University’s National Centre for Food Manufacturing and has amassed more than 15 years' experience of industrial research collaboration across the fields of food microbiology and food science and technology.
