1. The promoter is: the University of Lincoln (‘the University’).

2. There is no entry fee to enter the prize draw.

3. These terms and conditions apply to the University of Lincoln ‘£100 Amazon Voucher Draw for participation in the Undergraduate Decliner survey.'

4. By entering this draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The draw will open once the survey is shared on 8th November.

6. Entrants to this draw must currently live in the UK.

7. The winning entrant will be contacted on 2nd December via email.

8. The winner will be chosen at random from all of the eligible entries before the deadline. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The prize for winning this draw is one Amazon voucher worth £100. There is 1 prize available to win.

11. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon which can be found at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GNG9PXYZUMQT72QK and their privacy policy will apply to the processing of your personal information.

12. No alternative to the prize will be offered.

13. To enter the draw, participants must complete the Undergraduate Decliner survey and enter their contact email when prompted at the end of the survey.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
